The motion is: This House Believes That Collectivism is Better than Individualism
Yes, because with collectivism, the business will be more efficient than individualism. Collective always identical to working in groups or teams. Cooperation in the team will ease the workload. Collectivism was not always mean together in each activity. Task assigned to a group, and then distributed again for each member of the group can also mean as a system of collectivism. As one small example, when the students were assigned to create a chemistry lab experiment, to find the required ingredients, it would be better by dividing the tasks. With collectivism, the heavy work would be more efficient, simple and organized because borne together. Collectivism also make a person more responsible (due to the effects of the hard work is to be together), less selfish, more respect for others, also more compassionate and caring (because it would be thinking of the common good rather than self). For another example is in the state system. To manage a country that could be called a very large organization, we cannot take care of an individual basis, because it will be very difficult and tiring. So finally, they invented government agencies and leader. They were people who believed that representative of the people of the country given the responsibility for the common good.
